Director - Founder

Nick spent Just over 11 years as a combat medical technician for the MOD, working within a variety of high readiness or very high readiness units. 

After leaving the military worked as a contractor instructor before becoming a full time instructor.  In 2025 Nick was accepted into the Faculty of Remote Rural Humanitarian Healthcare in the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh.

Nick has a passion for developing skills through realistic moulage and frank discussions.
